We had lost everything, I mean, nothing was working apart from the internet. Within no time and a few questions later the Prime ICT support crew jumped on it and had us running within 30 minutes. It’s not often we need help but today was like claiming on your insurance or breakdown cover. It’s there when you need it. Our monthly fee was worth it’s value x10 today.
